DAY 1: DUBLIN TO BALLINTOY

Tour starts 8.30am. We leave the fair city of Dublin and the Republic and head north to Belfast. Take the chance to do a famous Black Cab Tour with a local at the wheel and explore the Loyalist and Republican heartlands with their famous political murals. Alternatively, take free time to see the city or visit Belfast’s Titanic Experience to learn about the iconic yet doomed ship. Then head further north to check out the Game of Thrones 'Dark Hedges' before arriving in the rural village of Ballintoy. Take the chance to head to the stunning Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge where you can sway Indiana Jones' style over the choppy Atlantic Ocean below.

DAY 2: BALLINTOY TO DERRY

What a way to start the day, follow in the footsteps of Giants on the eighth natural wonder of the world, The Giant's Causeway! With its thousands of hexagonal columns you can make up your mind what caused it; a giant or geology? We travel further along the beautiful coast to Derry, our home for the night. This medieval city will test your emotions as you are brought face to face with its troubled history both past and present. (B)

DAY 3: DERRY TO GALWAY

Heading south, we cross the border and make our way back to the Republic of Ireland. We visit the resting place of the world famous poet, W.B. Yeats before stopping off in the quaint town of Westport for lunch. The wild and rugged Connemara awaits with barren mountains and glens which have inspired many an Irish musician. Our overnight is the cultural capital of Ireland, Galway, which lively atmosphere and buskers will leave you gagging for more. (B)

DAY 4: INIS MÓR

Travel back in time! We spend a whole day on Inis Mór, the largest of the Aran Islands. The locals are fluent Irish (Gaelic) speakers and you’re free to explore the island and get chatting to them over a pint. 3,000 miles of stone walls await as you walk, hire a horse and cart or rent a bike to explore the island. You can’t miss the awe-inspiring Dun Aonghasa, a 3,000-year-old Iron Age ring fort perched on the edge of a 300-foot high cliff. After a tremendous day, it’s time to head back to the mainland for a pint of Guinness or two in one of Galway’s many buzzing pubs. (B)

DAY 5: GALWAY TO ENNIS

We have free time in Galway to explore this vibrant city. Through the Burren, Ireland’s lunar landscape and home to ancient tombs, fairies and leprechauns! Hold on to your hats because next up are the awesome Cliffs of Moher rising hundreds of feet over the Atlantic Ocean. Vertigo sufferers beware! We spend the night in Ennis, County Clare and home of Irish music. The pubs are filled with locals playing 'trad' music and you'll always be welcome to join them. (B)

DAY 6: ENNIS TO KILLARNEY

Today it’s all about breathtaking scenery, fresh Irish air and adventure. We spend the day exploring the dramatic Dingle Peninsula where we take you to the edge of the ancient world and hear tales of warriors and heroes. Beautiful beaches, sheer cliffs and stunning views await. Spot 'The Sleeping Giant' and 'The Three Sisters' before arriving in the party town of Killarney for the night. (B)

DAY 7: KILLARNEY TO DUBLIN

It’s time to leave the Kingdom of Kerry behind as we take in Blarney Castle in the rebel county of Cork. This is your chance to give the famous Blarney Stone a big juicy smacker to get the legendary ‘gift of the gab’... you will also realise your Guide has kissed the stone many, many times… We take in the imposing Rock of Cashel, once the seat of the Kings of Munster, before we head back to the bustling city of Dublin arriving at approximately 5.30pm. (B)
